We want you to learn, succeed and be happy with your purchase. We understand that every investment in your business is expense and we want you to feel comfortable investing in our courses. That's why we offer 60-day refund for Etsy Success Academy.
You are eligible to apply between 30-60 days after the day of your purchase. We give 30 days for the algorithm to kick in since the day you SEO optimized your Etsy shop & followed the advice I teach in the course. To qualify for a refund, you must submit proof (see details below) showing that you finished the course and applied what I teach and it did not work for you.
You will have to provide:
- proof of completed course
- filled out workbook
- screenshots of your keywords process, product research & competition research process (as I am teaching you in the course)
- screenshots of your shop homepage & listing pages (including your titles & tags) prior to applying what you learnt in the course (following what I teach in the course) and screenshots of your homepage & shop listing pages after 30 days since you applied what you learnt in the course
- screenshots of your shop stats prior to applying what I teach in the course & screenshots of 30 days after applying what you learnt in the course
- screenshots of emails with questions you had with the course and proof that you applied the advice I gave you
- detailed explanation of what exactly changed in your shop and proof of what exactly did you apply from the course
If your Etsy traffic from Etsy search did not increase after 30 days since you applied what I teach in the course, you could apply for a refund within 60 days of enrollment by contacting michaela@smallbizbabescommunity.com. You must include your request for a refund and attach all the proof material mentioned above. You will not be refunded if you request a refund and do not include the proof by the 60th day. After day 60, all payments are non-refundable.
